UPDATE: Effective January 30, 2026, Federal Financial Reports (FFRs) and Performance Reports must be submitted using eGMS Reach. To submit a report, review submission deadlines, and check report status, select your active award from the eGMS Reach Home screen, and then select the Forms and Reports tab. --- Troubleshooting: Submitting Reports in Reach If you are trying unsuccessfully to submit a report, check your access status. By default, the individuals designated as Project Director and Grants Administrator on your application will have access to your award in Reach. Check the Forms and Reports tab in eGMS Reach. If the pen icon is not visible next to a listed report, then you do not have permission to submit that report. If you need to make updates, or if additional participants need access to submit reports and other documents, please contact your program officer or email nhprc@nara.gov. Remember, you must not share your login credentials nor allow someone else to access your eGMS Reach account. Troubleshooting: Logging in with eGMS and Login.gov If you are trying to log in to Reach, first check that you have access to eGMS Reach. By default, the individuals designated as Project Director (PD) and Grants Administrator (GA) on your application will have access to your award in Reach. If you have not been designated as either of these, but you need to be added to the system, please have your PD or GA contact the program officer. If you have been designated as a PD or GA, but you are still having trouble logging in, check to make sure you are using a Login.gov account to sign in to eGMS Reach. Your Login.gov account must be linked to the primary email address you provided NHPRC. (Note: you may have multiple email addresses linked to your Login.gov account. You can use any one of them as long as it matches the primary email you provided NHPRC.) Every user must have a unique email address. An office cannot use a shared account.
